065 Piccolele Electric 5 String Banjo - Slingerland A very tiny 5 stringer slightly smaller than a S.S. Stewart piccolo banjo as pictured below. Don't be fooled by the size as this banjo sports a electric style tone ring made of solid brass, similar to the Vega Whyte Ladie tone ring, yielding a strong and even response. These electric tone rings I make in my shop, and are made of three pieces - the skirt, wire, and truss and are brazed and lighty plated. The rim is a 1920's model 23 Slingerland banjo uke rim and hardware, all very heavy and excellent condition. The Slingerland rims and hardware were amongst the best of the 1920's banjo ukes. The tuners are a vintage and of the rarer pancake style. They are in excellent working order. The nut and pip are hand carved bone and the maple bridge is custom made. The head is a fresh calfskin and very good quality and the little jo is strung with Nylgut strings. This banjo will be shipped in the luxurious Enoch banjo uke case. Price...............$975
